In this game you and other real players are all trying to navigate through the same extremely difficult obstacle course at the same time with one very simple goal which is to reach the flag before the timer runs out. What makes this game so uniquely chaotic and hilarious is that other players are your biggest enemy because they push you, block you and knock you off platforms constantly even without trying to. It is described as an almost impossible multiplayer platformer and it absolutely lives up to that reputation.

How to Play Escap IO Step by Step

1. Open game in browser on your desktop and click play to enter the chaotic platformer arena.

2. Wait for the match to load and observe where the starting platform and first obstacles are.

3. Press W to jump over the first obstacles which are the hardest part to get past at the start.

4. Press A to move your character towards the left side when platforms are in that direction.

5. Press D to move your character towards the right side when the next platform is on that side.

6. Press R immediately when you get stuck in a bad position to reset your spawn location quickly.

7. Stay patient on the first screen because it is the most crowded and most chaotic section of the course.

8. Once you pass the first screen the game opens up slightly and becomes a little easier to navigate.

9. Move quickly but carefully because both rushing and being too slow will cost you valuable time.

10. Earn maximum points by traveling as far as possible across the course before the timer resets the match.

•  Stay slightly behind the main group of players which will enable you to avoid the worst pushing and chaos 

•  Once past the first screen accelerate your pace because later sections have more room to move safely 

•  Never stand on narrow platforms with many other players because someone will always push you off 

•  Learn the obstacle patterns over multiple runs because they repeat in the same order every match 

•  Focus on your own character movement not what other players are doing which prevents distracted deaths
